Sidhu Moosewala’s first song posthumously, SYL has been released on his YouTube channel. The song is written, sung and composed by the deceased singer himself. It is produced by MXRCI and the video and artwork are made by Navkaran Brar.

The song revolves around various issues that confuse Punjab. Among them, it highlights the issue of the Satluj Yamana Link channel, Sikh prisoners, and the recent agitation against farm laws.

There are black and white images showing Punjab rivers, some images from Punjab’s ancient times where people can be seen rebelling against various laws, a mention of the genocide in 1984. The creators have also included short clips of Shidhu Moosewala.
